BSAP have been appointed to provide MEP Services on the new build Dacre Park housing development for Collier Contracts Ltd.
Located on the site of three underused garage courts, this development includes a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and maisonettes for social rent. The new homes will be within a 5 minute walk of Lee High Street and consist of 2 separate blocks.
The 5-storey block will include the relocation of a substation, a new pre-school play area and improvements to the outdoor areas. The 4-storey flat block will be built adjacent to existing flats and includes a ground floor property designed for wheelchair access, off-street parking and improvements to the bin stores.

Kings Court forms part of Birmingham Business Park and comprises three standalone two storey office buildings. Birmingham Business Park is approximately 3 miles from Junction 6 of the M42, and 2 miles from Birmingham International Airport and train station.
We have been appointed by Capital Catalyst to provide MEP Design and Cost advice to two buildings they have purchased. This consisted of providing a cost analysis of potential MEP systems which were then evaluated against defined rental values to ensure best value was achieved to meet market aspirations. From the results of this study a Performance Specification has been produced to allow competitive tender. We will follow the fit out project through ensuring the project meets its design and cost objectives.

We have been appointed by Summers Inman to produce a Cost Model of the MEP proposals along with Value For Money and Value Engineering evaluations, all to be submitted as part of the Pre Tender report to the University. This allowed the University to fully assess their exposure prior to instructing the commencement of the design through to tender

Working with Fox Lloyd Jones we provided mep design and cost advice to assist Zenith in their negotiations with Commercial Estates Group as the anchor tenant on the new Kirkstall Forge office building. Zenith are to move in excess of 300 people into the new high specification office building that will incorporate state of the art meeting and seminar facilities.
