The project involves the phased refurbishment of the historic Hull Brewery company building, including the reception and common areas as well as various sized office suites to provide a fully refurbished

Category A Office accommodation.

Each suite was provided with their own ventilation and heating cooling systems along with a mixture of lighting systems to suite the internal features of the building.
