BSAP were appointed by Cassidy Group as MEP Consultants on the student accommodation scheme located in the sought after area of Earlsdon, Coventry within a 10 minute walk of the city centre and train station. Both Coventry University and Warwick University are accessible in under 15 minutes from the site. The scheme consists of 462 beds, a mix of studios and cluster bedrooms together with a café and gym. The scheme is due to be delivered in August 2022.
