BSAP were appointed as a sub consultant to AA Projects to provide MEP cost advice on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and infrastructure replacement packages.  The project consists of the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Fabric Safety (MEPFS) works in the Palace of Westminster (PoW).  The works were undertaken in advance of Restoration and Renewal (R&R) to ensure on-going business continuity and address health and safety issues arising from both failing M&E systems and building fabric.
