Deakins Place – Nottingham

BSAP were appointed by Cassidy Group as MEP Consultants on the new build Student Accommodation Building. Deakins Place is a Student Accommodation building being developed on a brownfield  riverside site just north of Nottingham universities Jubilee Campus. The Scheme will consist of 703 student beds in a mix of Cluster and Studio layouts and contains an Amenity Space, Laundry Room, Gym and Cinema Room with a delivery date of July 2022.
