The proposal will see 101-104 Kirkgate recreated into a five-storey building, with the Crown Street Car Park at the rear being transformed into a seven storey building. The mixed-use site will create private sector rented flats and new units suitable for retail or leisure purposes.

BSAP have been employed to produce the energy strategy for the site that meet Leeds City Councils Energy Policy and to provide services integration advice for Planning. BSAP put together a comprehensive Cost Plan for the MEP Services.
