Full mechanical and electrical services design for the provision of 25 No. apartments. Located on the site of three underused garage courts, this development included a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and maisonettes for social rent.
The 5-storey block included the relocation of a substation, a new pre-school play area and improvements to the outdoor areas. The 4-storey flat block was built adjacent to existing flats and included a ground floor property designed for wheelchair access, off-street parking and improvements to the bin stores.
