The project involved the phased refurbishment of the 11 storey 64,000sq ft office building. This included the replacement of heating and cooling systems along with the replacement of the existing centralised air handling system. This involved careful coordination and programming to ensure existing roof mounted plant could be replaced without effecting existing tenants,

The buildings lighting systems were upgraded to provide a modern and attractive scheme to enhance the buildings newly fitted out areas.
