Following engagement via the original development company GMI, BSAP have been engaged in a design & build brief for the full MEP services provision for this development established in South Yorkshire. Our role as part of the clients professional team is to establish the clients brief, discuss in detail the end users requirements and to develop both a planning performance specification meeting set sustainability targets (BREEAM) and the bespoke requirements of a business associated with the industry. We have also been responsible for developing a Building performance model and EPC assessment. Our role is to develop in conjunction with the other members of the client team a new HQ facility for this expanding International business meeting the flexibility of intended growth.

The proposal is based to Stage C status and allows the clients PM/PQS practice to source a competitive priced solution, we at BSAP have also been engaged to support the commercial activities utilising our in house RICS building services capability.

During the concept design phase BSAP have engaged with the client in targeting a schedule of building services options that still meet the brief but deliver a significant VFM alternatives. This schedule of options have been market tested to establish informed information for consideration.

It is intend post planning that BSAP will assist in the procurement and on-going monitoring of all building services activities remaining client side throughout the project delivery phase and into the post completion building monitoring period.
