Full mechanical services design for the complete refurbishment of an existing high-end residential property. The scheme involved a limited façade retention of an existing property, with four floors of high specification mechanical (and electrical) systems. The project scope was more associated with an intensive commercial design and fit-out, fusing the technical demands of the system solutions with exacting Client performance requirements, and simplicity of operation. Close liaison with Main Contractor and Electrical Systems installers was paramount, to achieve a successful outcome.
