Further to recent project work undertaken for this client BSAP were contracted to deliver the MEP performance brief and cost support for their new Headquarter building. This dynamic private business was keen to develop its own facility in a local rural setting showcasing its agricultural ties. This new facility was developed with expansion in mind and whilst some areas are left fallow the engineering infrastructure was installed for future expansion at minimal operational disruption. There are a number of business critical services installed to ensure the facility will operate uninterrupted. The project had a tight financial budget but with a pragmatic approach by the team the facility was constructed with in budget and on time.
