BSAP were appointed to undertake due diligence duties on behalf of the developer and Yorkshire Bank, including auditing of MEP design development for compliance with Client brief and current regulatory documents; monitor and report on progress against programme and undertake / report on quality assurance in respect of the MEP systems.
