The Sherriff’s Gate project will regenerate 4.5 hectares of brownfield land to the east of Shrub Hill Station into a vibrant mixed use development, consisting of Multi Storey Residential, Assisted Living Apartments, Commercial, Retail and Hotel.
BSAP have been appointed as MEP Consultants to provide advice on achieving Planning. This includes the interpretation of the servicing strategies of a number of proposed Tenants and the implications on the building form. It also includes an assessment of the infrastructure requirements to the site and incorporating these requirements into the scheme. Each building will need to comply with Part L of the Building Regulations and Worcester Councils Energy and Sustainability Requirements and we have worked with Yonder Consulting (building energy modellers) to develop the energy strategy for the site.
