Tower Court is a large former factory building, built in the early 20th Century. It is constructed using a steel frame, with brick-clad elevations and metal framed windows. The 4th Floor was fully refurbished, providing a fully air conditioned space to BCO guidelines using an exposed services installation. Lighting and electrical distribution was coordinated with the mechanical services and the existing building structure which allowed the installation to be easily and simply subdivided. The floor was fully let prior to completion of the installation and the client fit out only extended the programme by 4 weeks.
