The Trinity One project will regenerate a 6 acre, derelict, brownfield land adjoining the western edge of Huddersfield town centre. The proposal is based around the retention and full refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building (former Infirmary), along with demolition of all other existing building stock, and replacement with a mix of new residential, commercial and leisure use spaces.

 

BSAP have been appointed as MEP Consultants to provide advice on achieving Planning. This includes the interpretation of the servicing strategies of key anchor tenants for elements of the commercial space, along with commercial evaluation and service strategy assessments of the remaining lettable commercial and residential space, and the implications of appropriate servicing strategies on the building form to support the Planning application process.

 

The appointment also includes an assessment of the infrastructure requirements to the site, in respect of retention and / or diversion of existing, and new services to support the phased nature of the development.
