Following a request for support BSAP engaged in a design & build brief for the full MEP services provision for this new development in North Yorkshire, our role was to develop in conjunction with the other members of the client team incl Interior designers a proposal that met the aspirations of the clients brief and delivered a new 8 bedroom establishment including the provision of a high end restaurant.

The proposal was based to Stage C status and allowed the clients PQS practice to source a competitive priced solution, we at BSAP were retained to support the on-going development programme via regular meetings and site inspections to ensure compliance and quality was achieved.
