Zenith became the anchor Tenant for the new build landmark office at Kirkstall Forge Leeds. BSAP were employed during negotiations stage to ensure that the MEP services being proposed would be of suitable quality, scope and resilience to meet the clients exacting standards and flexibility requirements.

The fit out of the 4 floors 65,000sq ft of office into a bespoke working space for Zenith was done by ensuring each areas operation was fully specified. This ensured that the operation of meeting rooms, break out spaces, conference facilities and the office space operate fully to the clients expectations.

Early engagement allowed the Category A fit out to be installed to suit the design of the Category B fit out. Therefore ensuring that wherever possible any base build systems that were not required as part of the Category B installation were not installed.

The project was nominated for a BCO major fit out award.
